Dear Ruthie,
This letter is both easy and difficult to compose. Easy because there are so many positive things to say about your professional handling of the adventure of purchasing a new home. Difficult because it can not adequately express everything you have done.

From the beginning, you made yourself available to take us to the many homes you felt appropriate for our needs and at the times we were available to see them. You answered the many questions we had and were very knowledgeable about the properties you showed us.

After I made the decision to purchase, you guided me through all the complicated processes that had to be done to make the dream a reality. Even though I was a thousand miles away, I felt completely confident in your judgement.

You were (and are) a great resource for lists of utility companies and the other entities that had to be dealt with when moving into a new location.

Through all of this, you have been upbeat and cheerful, making everything that much easier.

I especially want to thank you for your caring and kindness in helping us to move in. Your welcome basket was a wonderful gesture and very much appreciated. We've been enjoying everything in it.
