Seasons
In North Georgia we enjoy all four season changes unlike most southern states. Autumn Leaves change and the vibrant colors provide visitors with some fantastic photo opportunities. In the Winter we get just enough snow to make it feel like winter but not enough to keep us indoors for very long. In Springtime when the leaves start to come out you will see some shades of green that you didn't know even existed, truly a beautiful time in North Georgia.
North Georgia is well known for bow and firearms hunting. With so much forest land the deer population could get out of control rapidly but hunters help with wildlife management at specified times each year.
